• Will my yard greeting stay in place if the weather is bad?

  You’d be glad to know that our signs are weatherproof and also stand in place during times with high wind speed.

• How long can I rent out your yard signs?

  Here are the standard rental periods for our yard greeting sets:

  • It’s a Boy yard announcement – Rental duration of 7 days
  • It’s a Girl yard announcement – Rental duration of 7 days
  • Happy Birthday yard announcement - Rental duration of 2 days
  • Graduation yard announcement – Rental duration of 7 days

  Let us know ahead of time If you need to rent one of our yard greeting sets for any longer than the standard rental period. The price is just $10 per additional day (Limit of 7 additional days).

• How far out do you deliver?

  We are based in Dearborn, Michigan and currently deliver within a 9-mile radius of the city. Yard greeting reservations with delivery to addresses are subject to a delivery fee to account for mileage and delivery and pickup time. Delivery fees are $20 for addresses 10-19 miles away and $30 for addresses 20-29 miles away.

• Can I place an order for someone else as a surprise?

  Yes, we love surprises! Just let us know ahead of time so we can know when to deliver the signs.

• How long will it take to have yard signs in front of my house?

  Based on availability, we can deliver your yard signs the next day, including weekends. To ensure a timely delivery, please place your order well in advance of your event.

• Can I pay for a yard greeting with cash?

  Yes, we accept cash as a method of payment. If you’d like to pay with cash, please coordinate with us when we are scheduled to deliver your yard greeting.

• How do I rent yard signs for my occasion?

  You can choose the set you’d like to rent through our website. Simply add it to your cart, schedule the day you ‘d like us to deliver the yard signs, and fill out any required information during checkout. You can also order by phone by calling us at (313) 451-4589. We’d be more than happy to set up your order by phone.
