Whose responsibility is it if signs are damaged/stolen?

To protect ourselves and ensure competitive prices, we cannot be held responsible if yard greetings are damaged or stolen. There is a replacement fee that will be assessed if a yard greeting should need to be replaced. See our yard greeting rental agreement for more information.
